I am excited to share that my book You Are Enough: 5 Steps To Turn Struggle Into Strength will be released on August 15 2018!
I began writing this book 6 months ago in the midst of finding closure and saying goodbye to a life I had allowed someone else to write for me. In June 2015 my life changed forever. My heart and every ounce of my being were shattered into a million pieces. It was then that I began working these 5 steps that allowed me to begin to dream again.
This book is honestly the most intense and difficult project I’ve ever undertaken and details the hardest 5 years of my life thus far but I can also say that it has been the most rewarding project I have ever undertaken. The book takes you through my personal journey of how I was able to move from struggle to strength and create a life I am truly proud of!
