It's normal for challenges and mindset blocks to creep in at any time--even when things are going well for us. When limiting beliefs come up, it’s important to have a plan in order to strengthen all the habits you have created through your work in this program. The last and final step does just that. By the time you get to this part of the book, you will have begun to create your own personalized plan. You have now identified your passion and purpose in life and you are beginning to achieve initial goals you have set for yourself, and the goal of this chapter is to help you preserve your new lifestyle. You continue to track your progress and stay focused on your goals. You like the “new skin” you’re in, and strive to stay here, reflecting on everything you’ve accomplished. This is your new normal. The aim of stage 5 is to also help you get to a position where you can maintain the maintenance stage and sustain your new, healthier lifestyle. But for many people, this is the hardest part, even harder than making the initial changes. It’s about trying to ensure you don’t slip back into your old behaviors. As you move forward on your journey, it’s important that you’re honest with yourself so that you can adapt and continue to create a lifestyle that is conducive to your health. Mind. Body. Soul.   When something small threatens to destroy your attitude and positive outlook, think about the fact that everyone makes mistakes. Whether it is yourself or someone else who caused the situation that feels like a train wreck, keep in mind that mistakes are a normal part of life that happens to everyone. Don’t let one bad moment take you by surprise. Remember, you’re human and don’t have to be perfect. So, when you encounter a bump in the road (and yes, there will be bumps), go back to your Strength Plan, and then revisit the skills you have used to get this far. Give yourself grace and remember you are enough !     You are enough.  You have the ability to dream any dream and follow it, and live your best life possible. Are you as excited as I am??  The wait is almost over! The book will be released NEXT WEEK on August 15th!!!  Have you pre-ordered your copy yet?  If not, simply click here:   It's currently #1 on the pre-order list!
