      I began writing this book six months ago in the midst of me saying goodbye to the story I was allowing Mr. N to create for me.  This has been the most intense and difficult project I’ve ever undertaken, but it has also been the most rewarding.  June 2015 changed my life forever. My heart and life were shattered into a million pieces. It was then that I began working these  5 Steps  that allowed me to begin to dream again. I was faced with other intense struggles, including losing a job that I loved, moving to San Diego, and encountering financial issues. But it was these  5 Steps  that allowed me to stay focused on my future, that allowed me to begin my journey into entrepreneurship, and they were the reason I began creating a life that I loved.   In closing, I want to share that the person I was striving to become for so many years but never was able to reach because I was letting my fear and my limiting beliefs to keep me stuck. My fear was killing my dreams.  My fear was killing my hope. My fear was holding me back from doing the things I knew within myself I was capable of doing. Fear had me paralyzed.  I finally took control of my life and began working through these 5 steps.  I have FINALLY emerged from the mud and into a new sense of being. A new sense of victory and excitement.  I can finally say that I am so thankful for the struggles I have endured because it has allowed me to truly become the person I was always meant to be.  Simply saying  I am enough  is not going to have any significant impact on your life. You need to  feel  it. It’s about embodying what you’re saying. It’s a hard thing to describe, but you want to physiologically get your mind and body to truly believe it when you say  I am enough !  Write it with lipstick on your mirror, put it on a sticky note, or tattoo it on your body. Do whatever you need to do! As I mentioned before, I chose the latter option and forever inked these words on my collarbone. Remember that your thoughts create your reality! So practice this affirmation daily, or whatever affirmation truly speaks to your heart, to effortlessly tap into your subconscious. Soon you’ll feel the powerful effects of reprogramming your mind for success.   You  are enough.  I  am enough.  We  are enough. Just as we are, in whatever season we're in. And the more we  celebrate  that and  focus  on that, the more  liberated  we become.  I’m praying this over my life and your life today, my friend, because we don't have time to waste in believing anything else!
